I met Ivonne on November 2022 thru my best friend. She immediately starts to get to know me. She didn’t want to see my resume (CV) until after our first video conference.

After our meeting, she told me to send her my resume, which she said wasn’t describing me. After a week of getting her feedback, we agreed that my new resume was ready. She then helped me with my LinkedIn profile, and when we finished, I couldn't wait to start looking and applying for my dream job. Two days after I had my first interview. I want to mention that before Ivonne coached me, I had submitted 117 applications to which I had zero responses, so imagine how in shock I was when after literally two days of my new resume, I had not just one but two replies.

For the first time, I became noticeable on the work platforms. Ivonne is amazing, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable. My case was complex, and I landed a job offer in three and a half months. I did find my dream job. Making this testimony is for me a reason of joy, pride of achieving and perseverance.  Four years ago, my husband and I arrived at the United States, looking for new opportunities and, I thought that changing my legal professional path from one country to the another was difficult, but I did not correctly dimensioned how difficult it would be. 

I clearly remember, that due to a reference for a professional coach, I looked for Ivonne, because when you arrived at the United States you are like lost, without knowing what to do, how to do it, when to do it and where to do it.  It is a big confusion in your head.  And because Ivonne is Mexican like me, and came to live to the United States, I thought she will understand me and help me.  I contacted her, and since the first call, Ivonne inspired me, she knew how to tell me the things I needed to know and hear, she knew how to give me breath and the hope I needed, but above all, she remembered me how much I value professionally, how much I have already achieved in my country as an attorney and how much I could achieve in the United States due to my skills and my professional path.  Since our first call, her enthusiasm, knowledge of the American and Mexican market, her great experience, and mostly, her great humanity, gave me the guidance of how to start doing things.  That day when I hang up the phone with Ivonne, my day changed, my problems were the same, but my vision on how to do things was enlightened.

In that way, I started this path struggling steps up, beginning by studying and LLM and afterwards sitting for the bar exam and achieving getting a license as an attorney in the United States.

But when I concluded this almost impossible challenge, the hardest challenge was just about to come, which was finding a job, as an attorney and in the corporate field, a challenge almost impossible for a foreign Latin attorney that pursues to practice law in the United States.

Ivonne helped me with my resume’s elaboration, she knew exactly how to do it based on my profile and experience.  She always understood that my professional path as an attorney, even when it was starting in the United States, it also had a component of experience and very particular skills.

Someone once said, “life is better when you are happy, but life is much better when others are happy because of you, we must be and inspiration.”  Ivonne is a professional person who inspires.  I highly recommend Ivonne for someone who is looking for a new and complicated professional challenge.  Thank you so much Ivonne.
